      Group for Organizational Systems Theory (TESO)


TESO was created in 1983 with professors from different areas inside and outside Universidad de los Andes. It was the first initiative in Colombia for the development of Systemic Thinking from the national reality. 



Learning communities, micro-business development, system dynamics, direction and organizational management, modeling and simulation of complex phenomena and processes, learning models and methodologies, negotiation and conflict resolution, systemic thinking, among others.
